Availability varies throughout the year, but most installs are scheduled within a few weeks of materials arriving. We'll give you an honest timeline during your estimate so you can plan around it.

Once your measurements are finalized and materials arrive, we schedule your installation right away. For many standard projects, that means work can begin within days of the product coming in. We'll keep you informed every step of the way.
Installation

It depends on the product and the size of the project. Most standard flooring installs take 1–3 days. Tile showers and larger multi-room renovations may take longer. We'll give you a clear, realistic timeline before we start so you're never left guessing.

We ask that homeowners remove small, fragile, and personal items from the space beforehand. We can move larger furniture pieces, but clearing the space ahead of time helps your installation go faster and smoother — and protects the things that matter to you.

Yes — in most cases you can remain in the home throughout the project. Some areas will be temporarily off-limits while work is in progress, but we'll always communicate clearly about what to expect so it's as minimally disruptive as possible.

Some dust is inevitable with any renovation, but we take real precautions to keep it to a minimum. We recommend removing personal items and covering valuables in adjacent areas as a simple precaution. We clean up after ourselves and treat your home with respect.

Yes — we can remove plumbing fixtures and appliances as part of your project. For reinstallation, a licensed plumber may be required depending on the scope of work. We'll let you know upfront if that's the case so you can plan accordingly.

In some cases, yes. However, we're unable to provide a workmanship warranty on materials not supplied through Seamless Floors, since we can't verify the product's quality or suitability. We're always happy to discuss your situation and find the best path forward.

Yes. All installations using materials supplied through Seamless Floors come with both a workmanship warranty and the manufacturer's product warranty. We stand behind our work — if something isn't right, we make it right.

Waterproof LVP (luxury vinyl plank) is our most popular recommendation for busy households. It's scratch-resistant, 100% waterproof, and incredibly easy to clean. Certain carpet fibers like Triexta (SmartStrand) are also a great choice for soft, comfortable rooms where stain resistance matters. We'll help you figure out the best option based on your specific home and lifestyle.

We provide detailed care instructions specific to your product at the end of every installation. Following those guidelines protects your investment and keeps your manufacturer warranty valid. The short version: most floors just need regular sweeping and damp mopping with the right cleaner — nothing complicated.
